Deals badly with foreign accounts

The info for TD-9022 and for 8938 is neither copied from last years save, nor synchronized between the forms of the 1099-INT forms. I had to type in the same information 3 times.
What's great about it: Cacluation of taxes

Only complaint is the difficulty loading the state tax return. After clicking the start button located next to my state, the program would upload the appropriate updates then loop back around again to the start page, never actually starting the state tax return. It was only after reading of the same problem on other's returns on the turbo tax community page that I learned I could save the program, close it out then open it back up again to get it to work. Easy fix but shouldn't have had to deal with the problem in the first place.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate and use
What's not so great: Difficulty loading state tax return, had to save then close program then restart

AZ state form specifically tells you to always include a copy of the Fed Sch A if you itemize for State. the Turbo Tax printout for State has never included a copy of the Fed Itemized Sch A to include when mailing in the State Forms (and don't tell me to e-file the state if the price isn't included in the Turbo Tax version I bought).
What's great about it: easy to bring in prev. year data and add changes
What's not so great: Makes the same error every year on AZ State taxes

Overall I find Turbotax maximizes my deductions and helps me better estimate the value of items like clothing, books, and items I donate using Itsdeductible so I don't have to look it all up. I greatly enjoy the fact that Turbotax imports previous year data so it knows the most important questions to ask the following year.
What's great about it: Quick, Easy, Asks all the previous years questions this year, and updates MA tax law changes that happened last year
What's not so great: Listing charities full addresses cumbersome, I miss reviewing whole return on screen for errors before printing

Excellent program

I had a good experience as I have used this program now for many years. I did have a little issue with my deductions the way it showed up. I ended up double logging something and it took me a little messing around with it to fix it properly.
I LOVE that it can import stuff from year to year. AND IF your employer has it set up, you can import your W2 information right in the preparation. It saves you time for sure.

What's not so great: can still be a little hard if it is your first time ever or you have something a little extra to figure out.
