I have used Turbo Tax for years and I am always pleased with how easy the process is and how the program ensures that you receive all of the benefits you deserve.
What's great about it: Everything flows so smoothly

Great job - year after year

I have used turbotax for many years now and it provides me with easy to follow step by step instructions. The price for the product is great especially for what you get. Some day in the future I plan to use quicken to track my budget and bills, but just haven't made the leap. Keep up the good work.

Easy to use software. I have used this product for the last 4-5 years.

Turbo tax was very easy to use. Took a long time to download, but I think it wass due to my old computer, not the program

2012 taxes

I have used Turbo Tax for several years because it is easy to navigate. There are several steps in the preperation process that don't pertain to me so it's a little time comsuming to navigate through them. I wish Turbo Tax would also allow me to file my state refund for free instead of charging to efile the state return.
What's great about it: ease of using turbo tax
What's not so great: having to filter through all the tax questions that don't pertain.

Relocation Made Easy

Moved to Georgia in 2012. GA State return is a little complicated for seniors. TurboTax walked me through without a problem. Well Done!
What's great about it: Comprehensive, intuitive,quick
What's not so great: Second state cost as much as Deluxe software
