My 2012 Turbo tax use

This is my 5h year using Turbo Tax. What an easy way to fill out your Fed and State forms. The best way to do it that is for sure.
What's great about it: Prompts are easy to understand and use
What's not so great: Just to much printing at end
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using Turbotax since 1993, I've never had a problem. It continues to provide excelent results year after year. I wouldn't use another product.

TurboTax is a lifesaver! It is a money saver and a money finder! The Easyguide brings up options I would never have thought of.
What's great about it: I appreciate how Turbo Tax walks me through all the options available to maximize my refund
What's not so great: I have zero complaints!

I'm a busy guy and turbotax made filing my tax return easy and fast, yet I still feel that I received the maximum deductions possible.

It was sometimes difficult to understand what it wants you to do to resolve an error dictated during the error review.
What's great about it: Easier to make changes in this edition
What's not so great: Hard to accept date of filing

Have been a Turbo Tax customer for over 7 years. Unwilling to change to any other tax program. You get what you pay for! I always opt for QUALITY and this is what the program provides. Enough said!
