I HAVE TOO MUCH GOING ON IN MY LIFE RIGHT NOW AND WITH A VERY SICK FAMILY MEMBER TURBO TAX MADE IT EASY TO FILE MY TAXES SINCE I TOTALLY FORGOT 3 DAYS BEFORE DEADLINE :)

Love using Turbo Tax because it walks you through everything. It has answers to all the questions I had.
What's great about it: ease of using Turbo Tax is awesome.

It's a great program...it takes you step by step....Only some of the steps are not clearly defined...and the boxes that one has to put their names and SS are not accessible (can't see the boxes) they should be grayed.... Other than that... can't wait for next year..

Have used TurboTax for many years. Have always liked it. Always easy to use and understand. Have peace of mind know that ALL categories of income/expences are accounted for.

I know some of the terminology is specific to financial types. it is time consuming to find out meanings of some of the terms. Most of the time average filers don't use those options any way.
What's great about it: The process was easy to follow
What's not so great: Some of the terms are not used by nonaccountants
