Excellent experience, year-after-year!

As always, a great product. This year was particularly good as I would have skipped the EIC as I have never qualified before. Turbo Tax guided me to entering info and I actually qualified and my refund was increased considerably.
Only downside is that when working on a particular section use of the "Back" button brought me back to the beginning of the topic, not simply to the prior screen.
The E-File option is just so easy. I do not mind paying extra to avoid the ridiculousness of making copies and attaching W2's etc. to my tax form in order to mail.
What's great about it: Quick, easy-to-use, responds to user input error/discrepancies, finds deductions/credits I would have overlooked.
What's not so great: Sometimes a little finicky when navigating within topics.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Fairly easy and user friendly

Have used this for several years and keep coming back. Mainly because it loads most info from previous year and I can compare current year w/past year on the same page most times. good product!
What's great about it: good step-by-step guide

Overall pleased and will continue to use TurboTax to file tax returns.
What's great about it: Easy flowing.
What's not so great: few areas were a little difficult to decipher but managed.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The best selling point is how easy it is to use even with complicated returns.
What's great about it: Saves a lot of time.
What's not so great: Sometimes it takes a little ingenuity to get the form as you want when you update.

Some forms would not print properly until I resized them. Ie 1040 printed half of line 37 (horizontally) and nothing below.

Clear and Simple

TURBOTAX DELUXE 2012 was quick to install, clear to understand the questions, and easy to follow the step-by-step instructions to provide the tax data needed for filing. I was able to complete my 1040A in one sitting, and review, print, and e-file in a second sitting. Overall, an excellet process that reqires only a couple hours (if prepared with all yoru tax forms) from begnining to filing. I would strongly recommend this software.
What's great about it: Instructions were simple and easy to walk through.
What's not so great: Wasn't clear on a few deductions why we didn't qualify.

Easy For Anyone

Turbo Tax is a very uncomplicated and easy way for us to do our taxes. We don't have to worry about knowing the details. If we have a question there's always a way to search or find the answer. The guidance and suggestions are very helpful and it's not complicated. We breeze through the process and don't feel stressed or as if something has been forgotten. All the guidance and steps are helpful and thourough.
