I've used TurboTax for several years. It's easy to use, especially for determining the fair market value of donated clothing, etc.
This was my first year of claiming a Net Operating Loss, which was reported on a K-1. I also had jury duty pay. Both of these are reported on line 21. The IRS rejected my eFile twice. I couldn't eFile until I removed the jury duty pay.
I don't know if this was an IRS issue, or TurboTax, but I definitely will use TurboTax again next year.
What's great about it: Easy to use - Complete package
What's not so great: Couldn't eFile with an NOL on line 21 and any other gain or loss

Easy, Comfortable, and Relaxing

As long as I have my information together, Turbo Tax gives me confidence that I am reporting correctly and completely. I have used this product for years, and it just keeps getting better. Thanks Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax makes my reporting easy, makes me feel comfortable with the process, and allows me to relax about filing.
What's not so great: I can't say there is anything I didn't like. I just appreciate Turbo Tax.

Filing is Easy!

Love Turbo Tax. Taxes are never easy, but Turbo Tax makes them as simple as what is possible to do. Kudos to improving the software every year. I've used them for 8 years and it gets better each year.
What's great about it: All the previous years info was in there.
What's not so great: None

Liked previous versions where you could get calculator to add items up. Thought that previous versions had "what IRS says" and Turbo Tax help which both gave me information on how to proceed.
What's great about it: Same easy questions to guide me
What's not so great: No calculator to use to add things up; couldn't access my 1099s from Broker

Works well but AMT automation needs improvement

2012 TT requires manual intervention when carryover loss for AMT is involved. It would not interview me, nor provide instructions nor official document recommendations to assist in specifying appropriate carryover loss values (AMT).
What's great about it: GUI interview has been consistent and works well
What's not so great: 2012 TT required manual intervention for AMT carryovers
