found me all money owed to me

I have been using turbo tax that last few years. It can be a pain to answer all the questions and go step by step through income and deductions. If you are impatient or do not have any deductions this is not the program for you (pay someone to do them for you). For me it works very well because I like to see all the deductions, education credits, and where all my income is coming from. Can use multiple users so friends, family, and neighbors can all use this program.
What's great about it: very thorough so as to find all deductions, multiple users possilble
What's not so great: it can be long for a first time user

I used to use H.R. Block Tax cut. This program is so much better it is really fun to use and it cuts my time of preparation in hals.
What's great about it: This program really makes it easy to prepare and submit return
What's not so great: No real problems

I'd recommend it. Been using it for at least 5-6 years/\. Next year I will use it on my MAC

Comfortiing on the math

I enjoy knowing that the math is correct and that I have been asked more questions than I could ask myself. I had some issues this year since I took part of my clergy pension and had a problem entering it as housing etc. But Bonnie on the Turbo Tax line was a super help by going an extra mile or two. I'll be back next year.

TurboTax imports information from previous year if you are a return user; then guides you through the forms you need to complete the return. I also like that it does an error check in case you left something out.
What's great about it: very easy to use

2012 Federal and State Returns

Overall good experience. I will use Turbo Tax again in the future. It's great that you can prepare up to 5 tax returns with one Turbo Tax Deluxe purchase!
What's great about it: Easy to navigate and great step-by-step guidance
What's not so great: There was a period after an initial and it took a while to figure out how to delete or "overwrite"
