I have used Turbo Tax for years and this is the best one yet. I would recommend it to any one. This is a great improvement over the past years.

Easy as usual

It is never a pleasure to file taxes, but Turbo Tax makes it as painless as possible. I always have the feeling that my taxes are done correctly and in the best manner possible.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax makes it easy to file taxes and I am assured that when it leaves, it is correct

Good but still a little convoluted

In general the program works good for an average family or single folks. It will walk you through many of the steps and ask a lot of the right questions. There are a lot generalities of the program as it does not dive into a lot of detail in what may be a deduction or not. I suppose there are a lot a legalities around that topic which precludes Turbo Tax from getting to deep. I did find some challenges on the area of college age students and whether they are going to school part time or full time. Also the EIC was bit time consuming and somewhat convoluted. Overall I have been using Turbo Tax since it came out way back in the day and it has served me well. I'll more than likely keep using it as long as it remain mostly simple to use.
What's great about it: Steps you through all aspects of the tax forms.
What's not so great: Some of the language used could have multiple meanings

What's great about it: All the questions we have had are answered with help or explain.
What's not so great: Maybe it is there but i would like to include our documentation and calculations into a worksheet.

i continue to use turbo tax every year with great results.extremely confident that every deduction was taken.great explanations for every item listed with more help available to ensure you understand what each item is and whether or not you can claim it.representation available if you are audited. overall a great product that leaves you with complete confidence and satisfaction.
