It's just a great program that makes doing taxes a breeze.....but ONLY if you have ALL the income and deduction data at hand. Especially liked the option of bypassing the "hand-holding" process and going directly to the topics and simply editing/updating the previous year's entries. This saves time by avoiding all the questions that don't apply.
What's great about it: Very user friendly, well-written instructions, logical sequence, very straight-forward

What's great about it: Intuitive, simple, affordable
What's not so great: None

I love how easy it is to use. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wasn't sure how to do their taxes. I LOVE the fact that all the information gets transferred over from one year to the next and I am glad there is online help in case you need it. The pop up explanations are very useful and they allow me to complete my tax return with confidence.
What's great about it: I feel confident that I have not missed anything.

When used year after year and in combination with Its Deductible, makes filing so easy.
What's great about it: Saves lots of time if used year after year.

Need a stronger NY

Surely beats filing by hand & somewhat easier than the competitors on-line product.
What's great about it: All forms completed nearly painlessly
What's not so great: Info/Help for NY state forms could be stronger
