What's great about it: Easy to follow.
What's not so great: Getting notes after return sent that there might be changes.

Easy and painless way to do taxes

This is the third year we have used TurboTax. It is easy to navigate and very efficient with its import of info from previous returns. We will use it again next year.
What's great about it: easy to navigate, liked comparison with previous year's return, tips very helpful

have used each year since 1999, to file returns for myself and family members and the program has handled all situations encountered in accordance to the tax code. it' maintain current updates relating to federal and state forms and the tax code. the program completes tax returns accurately if the questions are answered truthfly

Extremely helpful! The step by step instructions were amazing! I originally tried to use TaxAct, but it was confusing so I bought Turbo Tax. Very pleased.

Not sure why people don't use this more often....still talk to a lot of people that take their taxes in to be done by others.....If you have a simple return or a few exceptions....TT will guide you through these step by step.
What's great about it: Like the step by step
What's not so great: sometimes takes me back to far when hitting the back button

Turbo Tax is the only way to go!

I've been using Turbo Tax for several years now and have never been disappointed with its ease of use. My wife started using it too and we get our taxes done in one day!
What's great about it: Extremey easy to use
What's not so great: Free state e-file not included

Always easy to follow instructions

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now. The consistency of the step by step process is invaluable. With the transferring of previous years and/or the dowloading from It's Deductible, filing taxes is not rocket science anymore.
I will always use Turbo Tax
What's great about it: Provides peace of mind even if I have to pay.
What's not so great: Absolutely no cons here....

Tax Relief!

I really love how you can use past year's info to facilitate the current year refund. I should really use some software throughout the year to track my charitable giving. I get a little confused sometimes on the retirement section as to what is taxed now or later. Overall, I think this is super easy & quick to use as well as thorough and have been very happy with Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Easy to use; love the info import from previous years because so much quicker
