Another Turbo Year

I have used Turbo Tax several years now and I have appreciated it's many features. It collects previous years numbers and asks the right questions for the current year. It has a great review at the end, with error checks. I file with confidence that the returns are correct.
What's great about it: Liked the ability to pick up previous year information.
What's not so great: Can't think of any.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I've been using TurboTax for over 10 years. They continue to improve the product and I've never had a problem with any of the returns. TurboTax is an EXCELLENT value.
What's great about it: Easy to use via EasyGuide or by forms and maximizes deductions
What's not so great: None

difficulty in that all payors do not enter information in the same format. Your software should allow somewhere the ability to exactly match the info provided to the taxpayer. E.g. one 1099-R form had "unknown" in box 2; your software does not allow an alpha entry in this slot.
What's great about it: easy to understand instructions
What's not so great: failure to match information on forms received

Greeat Experience

As always, TT worked well after various bugs were exterminated. I wish there was an option to prepare simple returns for Supplemental and special needs trusts since there is little complexity other than in the IRS instructions.
What's great about it: Roll forward of past year's info
What's not so great: Lack of filings for extremely simple trusts

What's great about it: Step by Step, Turbo tax walks you through
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to find where to go back to make changes
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

All in all Turbo Tax continues to improve their software. They have done a good job of addressing the shortfall in previous years of not being more descriptive when completing the HSA forms.
What's great about it: Walks you through the process
What's not so great: Some forms could use a bit more explaination
