This section would be much easier to use if the the charities entered would automatically be alphabetized rather just added to the end of the list.
What's great about it: Generally easy to input information

Very Very Disappointed!

I had been a happy Turbo-Tax user for a number of years - that is until this year..The sticking point was an amount for unemployment tax withheld that your program couldn't deal with. I went to your online community and database looking for answers and got nothing. In fact from your online community I find that your program has glitches from the previous year and before that just doesn't seem to get fixed.
Needless to say, i will not be using your product next year or ever again. I can't in good faith recommend your product either.

What's great about it: The interface was nice.
What's not so great: You have bugs that I ran into and from what I read about online from others you didn't and won't fix.

I just said it. Easy to follow instructions but some areas can be complicated. All in all, though, a good tool.

Better Than Expected

This is my first time using Turbo Tax, after several years with the competitor. Had trouble with their software last year, and decided to try Turbo Tax. So far so good. A much better refund than I expected, so I am quite happy with that. I am quite pleased with the overall product, however, at times when I wanted to leave certain fields, and go back to the tax return I couldn't. To get back to that I had to go back to the icon and click on that to get back to where I was at. However, I figured all that out, and I know what to expect next year. Maybe you can get that corrected. That will help first time users. All and all I you get an AAA-(minus).
What's great about it: Very thorough, asked lots of good questions
What's not so great: Couldn't back up in certain fields. Frustrating.

Easy to Use

Several times I ended up going back through an income item and a deduction. Also several times in a review I keeped having to add a piece of missing information required. Would have been so much easier if it was requested before moving on to the next item. It was tough find what was need after the final review.
What's great about it: I found that Turbo Tax walked me throught the whole process with very understandable explainations
What's not so great: I get lost and had to go back to understand several odd items
