Peace of Mind

Overall I love Turbo Tax. My only con is that when you have to correct errors it doesn't explain fully how to edit. Yes you know what you have to do, it just is a bit difficult to know that you've done the right thing on the right line!
What's great about it: Very Detailed
What's not so great: Correcting Errors a bit confusing

Always a Breeze!

Great product with an extremely personable dialogue between instructions, suggestions, entries, and checks! I like working on my own at my own pace, and Turbo Tax enables me to do that in the comfort of my own home--with the assurance that it is done correctly!
What's great about it: Ease of use, easy to understand, organized, helpful in preparation and entry

Easy to follow - no more dreading tax preparation.
What's great about it: Extremely easy to follow; work on my taxes at my convenience; sit at my kitchen table or on my deck!; Not intimidating
What's not so great: Nothing to report

Turbo Tax has served me well for over 5 years. It simplifies the process of filing. I feel confident that my return is correct.

I have been use Turbo Tax from a DOS program to the present. It is extremely straight forward, help is just a click away.
