Excellent! Smooth, simple, thorough

I have always loved using Turbo Tax....I love that all my data from prior years are carry forward....awesome!! Great deal financially also.
What's great about it: Love the "guided" approach with the ability to go directly to a specifi area of the return

I have used Turbo Tax for years and have never had a problem with anything. My returns have always been accurate and I don't miss any deductions. I can always find the info I need if I have a question or need an explanation.
What's great about it: easy, walks you through everything
What's not so great: can't think of any

Fast and Easy

Preparation was fast and easy. Just follow the walk though. Been using TurboTax for several years so getting everything transferred from last year's returns is nice.
What's great about it: Fast, easy walk through
What's not so great: Missed where I estimate next year federal tax due (never used the feature before)

Fast and Easy

I've been using TurboTax for over 10 years. Aside from minor problem importing investment data, it has been smooth sailing. I also do taxes for four family members using same program, so it is well worth the money.
What's great about it: The interview format is simple.
What's not so great: Daily updates.

Quick and easy!

TurboTax is excellent to get your taxes taken care of! I dont like doing taxes but enjoyed being able to save my work and continue on different days. TurboTax simplifies everything and makes it easy to file your taxes!
What's great about it: Took care of both of my state refunds and gave me a credit! (you can save your work and continue later too)
What's not so great: State file costs extra - written on the print tho

Removes part of the stress

trying to determine dependent eligibility is a challenge and the help is not that great. had to refer to IRS guidelines
What's great about it: makes filing less stressful. anything that makes it easier is great.
What's not so great: some areas need help, in the dependent areas
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy Does It

Very helpful bringing in the last year information and save fime. Easily go through each step of the tax return one by one. Quickly can see what is the refund or owe. I have been using TurboTax for many years already.
What's great about it: Quick and easy way to fill in all the information
What's not so great: None that I can think of right now
