I Love TurboTax!

I have been using TurboTax for the last 5 years and I wouldn't do my taxes with anyone else. TurboTax has worked hard to make things simple and easy for us consumers and to know that are taxes are checked for errors gives me relief. Thank you TurboTax, I will forever be your customer!
What's great about it: Simply and easy
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TT experience

I have used TT since 1986 for both fed and state and wouldn’t think of doing my taxes without it.
I have saved tons of time and money. Once, I tried to do my returns manually. I couldn’t. It was so complicated, confusing, and frustrating. TT has done away with these problems. TT is easy, thorough, accurate, and actually fun to use. Just keep up the good work please; many of use depend on it.
I even used the online chat with a CPA! Very powerful help assistance on an issue I wasn’t sure of. Less than 5 minutes, it was resolved.

Best system for old foggies!

TT acts like it knows me and treats me accordingly. That I like. TT never hollers or yells at me to do anything by anytime. So we are together in this contest, like two friends against the enemy. I'm the old foggie with the attitude and TT is the whipper snapper with the right answers.
Love it, see you next year!
What's great about it: easy to follow, big print for reading, can reread without comment until you understand. If you scew up you can unscrew
What's not so great: It doesn't like me any more than I like it. But if we stick together it can come out right, then you wipe and go on.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
