Overall, I like the easy guide feature of TT. THere are areas in the help sections which could be more detailed.
What's great about it: easy guide is nice
What's not so great: help could be better...i.e, how to enter in-kind donations -that you must claim as income prior to it being deductable

Turbo tax in turbo speed

This Turbo Tax was very easy to understand. Felt like I had someone doing my taxes with me. Explanations were concise and directions easy to follow. Great program!
What's great about it: Very simple to understand, no searching for meanings

Turbo Tax is very easy to use and has great links to references for more details on whatever category you need. I really like the federal and state reviews to ensure no mistakes are made. Overall great product, one I have used for over 15 years!

I have been using TurboTax for more than 20 years. As the years have gone by it has been more difficult to enter and compare deductions from previous years. I understand that most of your users are not utilizing TurboTax for business uses, but please remember that many people use your product so all aspects of your product should be easy to use.

I had what I thought would be a harder return, however this was the easiest time I have ever had to income tax.
What's great about it: Easy to follow directions.
What's not so great: Hard to reach a real person for questions.

Perfect Return Every Time

I have been using Quicken & Turbo Tax software for Mac for over twenty years. It won't let you make a mistake so you are always in the clear with the IRS. E-filing is as easy as it gets. Have never been audited so haven't had to use the available assistance offered.
