Been using Turbo Tax for years and am very satisfied. Opportunity to improve would be ,pvong to next deduction section without going back to the main screen each time and having to scroll down. A nit I know but I like the product and want to make it better.
What's great about it: Comprehensive, Easy to use, Trust my results

Steady and reliable

Have been using Turbo Tax for more years than I remember. Archive of past submittals is very useful if the IRS or State has any questions. Make sure you save the calculation worksheets too.
What's great about it: Saves info from the past
What's not so great: State Part not as revealing as Federal
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax ease of preparation

Have used Turbo Tax for many years and it's great. Really like the process of importing last years information - saves a lot of time and is also a good check to make sure I have entered everything for the current year.
What's great about it: So easy to file using Turbo Tax
What's not so great: No cons at all

Just Okay

I got a new computer this year (first Intel based MAC). The version of TurboTax for 2012 did not transfer all of the relevant info from previous return.
What's great about it: Easystep was good.
What's not so great: transfer of info from prior year not complete

I completed this year's taxes in less than four hours, despite major changes to my status and my wife's status. Turbo tax continues to stay on top of the tax situation and makes the choices extraordinarly easy.
What's great about it: Quick and easy to use. Choice and easy return and edit capabilities
What's not so great: To many commercial offers

It allowed me to take a child tax credit on a child that was 17 when the IRS says it stops at age 16.
