Turbotax as usual

All in all great product, but can always boost some User improvements - been using it for over 10 years now.

Mostly good

Only glitch was that, while my wife and I got 1099-Rs, TurboTax kept trying to tell me we got W-2 forms. In fact I had to give State and ZIP info for this "phantom W-2" before I could e-file. Otherwise the process was pretty smooth. It was not clear about how to get back into the existing return-- should be a presented option, not have to go up into a FILE menu.
What's great about it: Speed; calculations; detail; emotional tone
What's not so great: Tedious to navigate; "gotcha" fees for state e-file and refund
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax is a Great product

Been using this product for over a decade.
IRS has never had a problem with our household returns despite multiple moves, occupations, rental house + depreciation expenses, and investments.

I wouldn't consider a competing product.
What's great about it: It's always a smooth process, never a hitch.

Best Tax Software Available

I graduated from college with an accounting degree, and took great pride in doing my taxes manually for years. In the late 80's my friend shared this software with me to evaluate, and I have been using it ever since. There is absolutely no better way to get your returns right, and maximize your returns than Turbo Tax. The multiple updates are a pain, but this is primarily brought about by Congressional actions, or in-actions. This causes the IRS to react at the last minute delaying forms and formula's, which in-turn delays the State Revenue in getting out their changes. Regardless, it is still the absolute BEST way to file your tax returns. As a result of my experiences with Turbo Tax, a couple of years ago I bought Quicken Deluxe which is another great product and it all ties together.
What's great about it: Accurate, Flexible, Awesome Information
What's not so great: Multiple Updates

Turbo Tax gets it done

Filing taxes is the worst. Turbo Tax makes it fast easy and relatively painless. The program guides you step by step through every part of the process. It covers many topics you probably didn't even know existed. I have used Turbo Tax for years and will continue to do so. In my opinion it is the best value for getting your taxes done quickly and properly.
What's great about it: Very easy to use. Good value.
