Still as dependable as always

Been using for over 10 years ... tried others, always come back.
What's great about it: Quickly imports information from websites
What's not so great: Difficult to remove 1 form so forced to answer questions at times to finish filing

I especially like the periodic review/edit options each time a section is completed.
Could use a choice in the beginning to give a brief overview of the process to first time users

user friendly

this is a great, even my daughter can do her own income tax with this turbo tax. formulas and calculations are accurate. I am an avid user, I used this last year and the year before. Compared to other tax software this is easy and user friendly. thanks

One less headache

In general, it is excellent, I am using it for several years, however, this year I had an amount of debt discharged because of my Mortgage reestructuration and TT was not clear enough on the needed support form (982). It also prevented me from e-filing because did not recognize the amount entered on line 28 of schedule A.
What's great about it: Fast, accurate and reliable
What's not so great: little help with unusual situations

I love this tax product. I've been using it for years. I used to use an accountant, until I realized I could do the same job with this software and save myself a bundle in tax prep fees. If I have any questions, the help topics come in handy. I can always call, too. Every deduction possible (and income source, too) comes up without asking. If you have to file taxes, this is a GREAT tool for you!
What's great about it: Detailed questions so I don't miss any deductions. Help topics were handy.
What's not so great: None
