I have been using TurboTax for many years and it has alsways provided me with the most accurate information available. The ease of eFiling cannot be matched.

Turbo Tax is the way to go to file returns

Every year we utilize TurboTax to work through and efile our taxes. Turbo Tax is very easy to use and provided guidance throughout the way. Makes filing taxes a little less painful :)
What's great about it: Simple, with guidance along the way and help at the touch of your fingertips

WHEN ONE PERSON IS WORKING AND THE OTHER RETIRED THE FORMS BEING RECEIVED GET A LITTLE CONFUSING FOR OLDER FOLKS. SO I SUGGEST INCLUDING A COMMENT/STATEMENT ABOUT RETIREMENT FORMS WILL BE HANDLED LATER

This is the first time we've done our taxes ourselves, in many years. I debated about spending the money for Turbo Tax. The price isn't chump change.
Having Turbo Tax walk us through the return was pretty easy. Just had to manage my paper (tax document) piles. Whenever I wondered whether I needed to look through the pile for this or that type of tax document, Turbo Tax had a short and clear description of conditions that would cause a person to receive that document; I was able to easily determine whether I probably did have the document.
My wishlist for next year's version:
Have an option that allows you to choose which form you are entering information from, so that I could just flip through my pile.
Have an OCR component that would read a tax form that I have a jpeg or pdf of, and enter it as necessary (possibly after prompting for visual comparison of numbers in each field).
Oh, and don't raise the cost of the program. :)

Love My Turbo Tax

I love Turbo Tax. I've been using it for years. No lines at the Post Office (Getting forms or Dropping off paperwork), No Making Copies, No Government written instruction books, No worries about if I did it right or wrong.
Turbo Tax is easy, simple and always takes care of me year after year.
What's great about it: Easy, Fast, Accurate
What's not so great: LoL

Quick and easy

I've used turbo tax for years and find it handy and user friendly.
The only feature that has never worked seamlessly is the importation of 1099s from my bank and investment broker. I always wind up putting them in by hand (not really too hard to do).
What's great about it: Very user friendly
What's not so great: TTax wants to sell added features at every turn

Turbo Tax - Super Coach

I've been using Turbo Tax for approx. 10 years or so and I love it. Had some different tax situations over the years, and Turbo Tax made them easy situations.
What's great about it: Guides you every step of the way. Like the ability to see last years numbers along with this filing. E-filing is great
What's not so great: Seems somewhat harder to get questions answered this year. A lot of questions were posted, but not many answers.
