I love using turbo tax, i don't have to pay expensive professional fees....Turbo Tax is so easy and accurate. LOVE< LOVE it!
What's great about it: very user friendly
What's not so great: there are parts i don't understand, but it is me!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Painfree necessity

What's great about it: Conceptual, intuitive, elegant
What's not so great: iPad version - no direct access to IRS Forms

I know it is not your fault that there are so many updates. But, it makes me worry about doing my returns early.

Turbo tax is close to the professional software I use at work therefore it has made it easier to figure out where I need to enter information to get it to show up on the correct line on the correct form.
What's great about it: Like the ability to e-file
What's not so great: Not easy to enter numbers directly on the forms

I like turbo tax because it walks you through everything and I always feel they are done right and complete. Like that is takes info from previous year, have been using Turbo Tax for many years.

Turbo Tax makes it easy to file even long form. I love being able to use It'sDeductible throughout the year. Tax time is less taxing......in doing so.
What's great about it: Smoothness of finding answers
What's not so great: Was caught trying to understand a 1099-DIV for life insurance.
