I use TurboTax year after year

I have used Turbo Tax for years now successfully. It walks through every step and asks all the right questions. It's even been great when I ran my own business.
What's great about it: Easy to walk through all the necessary steps
What's not so great: Haven't found any yet.

This is my 4th or 5th year using this Turbo Tax. I keeps getting better all the time. We had a major life change, adopting a sibling group, and I ran into a bug where the program would only give me the adoption tax credit for one child! After much irritation I found a work around for the bug and eventually received the correct amount for the credit. Would love to give it five stars, but the bug was a real nuisance. Other than that it was simple as usual. Will use again!
What's great about it: Easy, intuitive, makes taxes less of a chore
What's not so great: Ran into a couple of bugs, but was able to eventually get it to work!

Turbo Tax is easy and so helpful.
The questions prompted me along. I never give all stars to anything because I think everything could be improved including me. That said, even when I had to pay last year, Turbo Tax made it easy for me to set up estimated payments. Learning from that, even though I got a refund this year, I set up estimated payments for 2013 just in case.
I know what most say about I am just giving the government a free loan, but I would rather do that and get money back on April 15th rather than dig in my pockets.

What I save throughout the year I want to keep.
And yes, just for the record, I will contact a CPA just for a comparison one year but I feel fully confident in Turbo Tax.

It would be helpful to be able to print only selected pages.
What's great about it: Step-by-step helpful, especially making all the computations.
What's not so great: Difficult to do partial printing.
