As easy as falling off a log

I've used Turbo-Tax for a number of years and it only gets better. I just can't believe how quick and easy it is to minimize my tax liability. You folks have a handle on the problem!!!!
What's great about it: This software is, without a doubt' the best written and easy to use than any software I've every used.
What's not so great: None, just follow the instrutions

Turbo Tax 2012 delux

I have used Turbo tax for at leastt years and it is an excellent program.
What's great about it: Pulls all the data from previous year. Fairly staright forward to use.
What's not so great: None that I can think of

Step by step clear instruction. Have used year after year for that reason. The best tax software available.

Very Dissapointed

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 8 years and have always
enjoyed it. It was user friendly very comprehensive with updates and in getting information. However, this year I experienced delays and problems because I have a Mac computer now and some of the information did not sync with my Mac and updates for Mac seemed to be made as problems
occurred. I am very disappointed this year.

I may switch to another program that is more user friendly with my Mac like H and R Block for the 2013 tax year.
What's great about it: User Friendly
What's not so great: Not what I expected as has been the last 8 years of usage

Taxes Made Easy

I have used Turbotax for at least ten years to file both federal and state income taxes and have always been pleased with the ease of filing. I also do my father-in-law's taxes and I am able to import his stock sales and purchases without difficulty. It steps you through the process with little difficulty. I highly recommend it for ease of use and accuracy.
What's great about it: It is so easy to use.

because of the import - and indeed I had made an error on the federal, i cannot seem to get the state to be correct. It doubled his tax rate because something is in twice and cannot seem to be deleted and I will likely have to do something manually. Very irritating. You have updated the product to where it is easy to compound an error and difficult to fix. Not thrilled.

Loved the Debit Option!

I usually receive a refund, but this year I owed a small balance to the IRS. I thought for sure that I was going to have to mail a check to the IRS, which I hate to do. But just before I e-filed my return, I saw the "pay by debit" option. I used the same bank account that I would for a direct deposit of refund, and for no additional charge authorized the one time debit for the tax due. Sure beats going to the mail box!
