Turbo Tax Superb Once Again

I have used TurboTax for years. It gets better and easier every year. My taxes were a bit more complicated that usual, home refi, military retirement, change of jobs, 401K roll-over, employee-owned stock rollover, mutual fund sales, etc...Turbo tax walked me through it all.
What's great about it: Ease of Use
What's not so great: It sure asked me about starting my state Return a lot, even after it recognized I was from FL and did not need to file.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Works great for most returns

Easy to use, update and install. Can work on a little at a time. Very clear instructions. Great product. Have not had any problems.
What's great about it: Interface and downloads with banks and investment companies
What's not so great: Jumping around between forms not straight-forward

I've been using TurboTax for years, since before 2000. The program does an excellent job and I have never been dissatisfied. Except for this return. 2012 wasn't the best year and we short-sold our home and made some payoff agreements with credit cards. Finding the correct way to deal with the mortgage debt forgiveness and that only one type of 1099-C was allow was frustrating.
What's great about it: Does an excellent job finding every possible deduction.
What's not so great: Wasn't easy to find how best to use the cancelled debt forgiveness. Only one type of 1099-C allowed.

Still good

All worked well until transmit time - said a W-2 had an improper address line - no employer listed on W-2 and I don't even have any W-2s - only 1099s. Tried to find a help phone number with no success - finally decided to delete the empty form and all worked well. Glad I didn't wait until April 15 to transmit or it could have really been a panic!
What's great about it: Asks the right questions
What's not so great: Format seems to change from year to year
