Have used TurboTax for a number of years, and it gets better every year! The section where you enter K-1 information is weak, especially for users not totally familiar with the tax law. Some items were automatically moved to the appropriate part of the return, ie: ordinary income. Other items required a second manual entry in the appropriate section of the return. It should be all one way or the other.
What's great about it: Easy to use, generally straightforward.
What's not so great: Section for entering K-1 info. weak.

I believe it would be helpful if some of the sections, such as the charitable donations, were set up in a spreadsheet fashion to make it easier and faster to input information. Marching through each screen takes too long. Also why do I have to pay to e-file my state return? I though that was included in the price of the deluxe version.
What's great about it: Information from the previous year is saved and used.
What's not so great: Too many screens and boxes to go through.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

We liked the convenience of using Turbo Tax. For the most part, it was easy to use. It would be nice to have a "chat" option for asking questions face to face.
What's great about it: Could do my taxes at home
What's not so great: Didn't have face to face interaction for clarification

I've been filing with Turbotax since 2008. I like the ease and simplicity of filing: the step by step approach helps me organize all the information I need, lets me pause to get missing information and resume where I left off, error-proofs the calculations, and, with e-filing, saves me a trip to the post office, waiting in line, and the expense of certified mail.
What's great about it: Ease and simplicity.

Have been using Turbo Tax for about twenty years. Each year, it seems Turbo Tax/Intuit makes this gruling event even easier. It is now ALMOST enjoyable. I can remeber doing the calculations and forms by hand many years ago, with several children, lots of itemized deductions. It took literally days. Then, I tried Intuiit's Turbo Tax. What a reliefn it is-kind of like the old anti-acid product commercial.
I haved friends that spend lots of money and time having someone else prepare their taxes. I just do not understand this. With Turbo tax, it is very easy and user friendly.

What's not so great: Its still TAXES!
