Use it every year.

I use turbotax every year, and it always pulls up all my information from the previous year. That makes tax preparation a breeze.

Overall good experience

Have used TT for many years, overall good experience. There are some little glitches like that mentioned in Cons above. Also, this year it imported K-1 information from last year, although I didn't have any and it was quite annoying getting rid of the form, because the online instructions for doing so didn't work as indicated. Online chat support (Ahsima) was very good, however, and we solved the problem together.
What's great about it: Good chat support when needed
What's not so great: Going back to review one section, TT assumed I hadn't done other sections which I'd already done.

Straight-forward and comprehensive

Overall I would recommend TurboTax to all my friends and family - and have. I have in the past used an accountant, but frankly don't see the value if you have the records and can do it yourself. It helps me be in control and that's important when dealing with your taxes.
What's great about it: Love the guided approach and ability to venture off when needed
What's not so great: Would like a graphical way to move around - vs. back button

I've used TurboTax for several years and have been more than pleased with the simplicity and ease associated with the software.

The software is very well written, easy to use and prepares very professional looking returns...
What's great about it: Ease of use, ability to bring forward prior years. information, etc.
What's not so great: slow on start up... but not a major concern

Excellent product

I will continue to use TurboTax as it a great product that provides full coverage of all the transactions a normal household will incur. Filing was quick and easy and I felt very secure in doing so.
What's great about it: Easy to use, full coverage of all the various investment and capital gain transactions. Filing was simple and easy.

Tax work

Turbo tax covers every item I can think of including some deductions that I didn't think of . Save time too, instruction is easy to follow and got it done fast I recommend Turbo tax to a few of my friends.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and use
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very Convenient

This is the fifth consecutive year I have used Turbo Tax. It is so convenient and easy to use, and makes the tax preparation and filing so easy. Even tax refunds or tax payments can be directly deposited or withdrawn from your checking account. Great Job, Intuit!
