I am very glad that Turbo Tax has been available and consistant year after year. I have great confidence that my return is complete and accurate.
What's great about it: Year after year my returns have been easy and complete
What's not so great: It always asks me to upgrade, but then complete the return the way it is needed.

the only time I've found it difficult was when I had to do an amended review. The prompts confused me and I just couldn't figure some of it out. May be user error - not sure.

The federal tax interview process regarding interest does not request state information.
As a result, my Massachusetts state interest was not properly applied.
I located the worksheet and with effort found the location to add the right information!

Turbo Quick!

I've used TurboTax for about 5 years. Every year, it just seems to get easier and quicker! It's great that it pulls forward the previous year's information for comparison.
What's great about it: Walked me through all aspects of income and deductions
What's not so great: None!
