Breaking the Bracket Barrier!

Turbo Tax makes my tax experience easy. The first year I got my career rolling, I tried doing taxes myself as I had always done. But with working two jobs as a massage therapist for the first time and getting some real income since graduating, I was shocked to find myself owing a lot of money to the IRS. Money I did not have. My family suggested Turbo Tax and it saved me my first year. I would have had to pay a lot of money to the IRS I didn't have. This year (2012) I actually received a refund by writing off expenses and my charitable donations. I am so grateful for Turbo Tax and how it has helped me with my taxes the past two years.
What's great about it: Easy deduction guide to get a better refund
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The most reliable and current

I have used Turbo Tax since about 1998 or when it first arrived on the scene. Makes me feel more confident and less anxious about tax preparations. Only challenge was I could not see forms for the state that I used and I like being able to look at the form contents.
What's great about it: Ability to make complex calculations based on responses to questions
What's not so great: VERY difficult to understand some instructions like for home office/business calculations for first timer

Always my "Go-To" software

I've used Turbo Tax for more than 5 years! They just keep improving the software each year, and my confidence in the accuracy of my return is outstanding.
Direct questions lead you where you need to go next, and if you make a silly mistake- the software catches it.
