TurboTax is great to use. So easy, so user friendly, and it's great to watch the refund go green like a slot machine . . .

Have been TurboTax for about 12 years, and it is worth than what I paid for it.

What's great about it: The Step by Step instructions makes TurboTax so easy to use, and it is very user friendly .
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years now. Each year I feel really confident about the returns I file. It's a good feeling!
What's great about it: Easy, thorough

It would be nice to have access to recall charities (from previous returns) that did not qualify for filing a year prior.

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and I like it! Easy to follow. You can stop and come back after a few days and pick -up where you dropped off.

I am 71 years old and have used Turbo Tax for years.
I have found it very easy to use with specific directions and helpful hints and consultants.
It is an inexpensive alternative to paying for a tax consultant.
The format is easy to follow and being able to forward the previous year information is very convenient...and time saving.
All that needs to be said is it is an EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!
What's great about it: Easy, fast, inexpensive, extremely helpful for use...Excellent!

I have lost practice of working with computers and this was a program that was not very easy to follow :(
