Fast Tax Refund

Used Turbo Tax last year and really like that it is very thorough, easy to understand, reliable company and also gives you the option to buy the audit representation.
What's great about it: easy to understand, very fast, reliable, losts of double checks, thorough
What's not so great: waiting for turbo tax to get back to you specific things

Have used Turbo Tax for the past 17 years, have not been audited (Knock on Wood), through quite a few changes in my life and have compared it 3 times over this period with a tax professional and could not get a better return, their intuitive questions, if answered correctly, can take care of some of the most complicated issues with filing taxes, including the automated response for acceptance of your tax returns via texting. Was disappointed this year, when finally signing up for the advantage membership (looking primarily to upgrade my Quicken, not Turbo) that there web site links for doing so lead to nowhere.
What's great about it: Intuitive questions when your tax requirements change on a regular basis
What's not so great: Different logons for Intuit accounts, and signing up for Advantage
