Fast and Easy

Have used this product for several years and really like it. Takes me about 2 hours most of which is rounding up documents. It's fast, easy, and I'm confident in the results.
What's great about it: Really easy to use

It work great except for one interesting form I received from my Co-op. Turned out I didn't need to file it, but turbo tax didn't give clear direction on how to or not to file it.
What's great about it: ease of use
What's not so great: had trouble understaning on form I received

Not real impressed

First user and found it tedious and time consuming to enter the information and go through all the steps. Then to add insult to injury it was better for us to do the standard deduction versus itemized so I wasted 3.5 hours using the software when I would have realized this right away doing by hand. Additionally I live in one state and work in another so I have taxes for two states and have to pay additional to get both done, when both should be done for the price of the software.
What's not so great: too disjointed when doing taxes -- doesn't follow tax forms

Have used TT for over 10 years, and each year gets better!
What's great about it: SImple to use. Can jump forward or back to make adjustments or corrections.
What's not so great: What can I say, I still have to enter information

2012 deluxe

This program is good I have used for 5 years now. I use it for myself and two children. I would like it to do more multi state taxes for a small upgrade. I am not able to file childrens state taxes without having to pay. So I go to state website and do it for free. other Rhode Island.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Helpfull in getting answers
What's not so great: To much extra charges for multi state.

Happy User of Turbo Tax

Turbo Tax is so easy to use. All I have to do is fill in all of the questions and skip over what isn't applicable. Love the feature of the Federal information transfering into State. Efile is awesome!!!
