TurboTax Terrific!

We senior citizens do our own taxes, even with investments, itemized deductions and medical expenses. We've used Turbo Tax for many years and wouldn't file any other way. Thanks, Turbo Tax! You make a painful job almost painless!
What's great about it: Make filing almost painless - have used for years & love it!
What's not so great: No sweat or problems at all - file electronically & save paper
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have used Turbo Tax for a long time. I will always use due to the cost and ease of doing them.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: having to up date alot
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2012 TAX Returns

I have been using Turbo Tax since it was first issued for the Commodore 64 computer. Each year it got easier to use and quicker to complete.
I've been recommending Turbo Tax to all of my friends and associates for years; and this year it's better than ever!

A technophobe's debriefing

Easy and inexpensive way to file, but a smaller return than when done professionally makes me feel that I did not properly use deductions. The software is superb because my computer is loaded with my children's Sponge Bob downloads!
What's great about it: easy prompts and no math
What's not so great: the "errors" section was a bit confusing-One could not see the context of the error.
