Turbo Tax Deluxe was easy to use and all the details were covered. Liked the count down till the end on tax calculations. Helped me get deductions and tax credits I would not have thought of. Covered areas on income and deductions. Liked the review on mistakes and how to correct them. Able to get update on line before starting so nothing was missed.
What's great about it: Went step by step and asked all the right questions.
What's not so great: none

My taxes are not that complicated but the fact that Turbo tax pulls together the K-1s, manages the AMT, and handles countless other minutia is major stress relief. A feature I really appreciate is the side by side presentation of prior year data. It's a great reminder to review topics that are likely to still be relevant.
What's great about it: simple and inuitive tax preparation
What's not so great: a few bugs prove these guys are still human

2012 Taxes Complete!!

I had some new financial wrinkles this year, but TT took me through the paces and I was done in a reasonable time with good results.
What's great about it: Quick! Used last year's info to get things going. I used the step-by-step this year due to changes but it was fast
What's not so great: some of my info wasn't dowloadable (my company's 401K info from Fidelity)

Turbo tax is easy to use. No hard forms to fill out. I get great refunds every year using turbo tax and it is cheap and simple
