First Turbo Tax Experience!

I had a pretty easy time overall with my taxes. This is the very first time using Turbo Tax and it was surprising easy. The only thing I had a difficult time in was printing the forms itself. It had the "print forms" button, but when I clicked it, it brought a window up with three other options, "Save", "Preview", or "Cancel". Was just confusing in printing phase. Other than that, it was good!
What's great about it: Turbotax walked me through the whole thing!
What's not so great: Had a hard time printing forms to mail out

Helpful & Thorough

Have use this software for over 10 years and it continues to shine. I'm sure even a first-time user will find it very user-friendly and trustworthy.
What's great about it: Easy to understand steps with prompts, hints and helpful information. Easy to navigate, revisit, review and edit.
What's not so great: e-filing fee for State Return is an extra charge.

Frazzle free return

The program is just so easy to follow especially for a person like me that hates math nor has a legal degree. It does all the work for you. ...well you do have to get the records together but that is what a huge zip lock bag is for!
What's great about it: detailed explanations for everything you could have a question about

Easy to use!

I've used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and every year it gets easier to use and easier to understand my taxes. It's easier to find where you left off than in the past. The way things are worded is easier to understand just what I need to fill in a blank. Thank TurboTax!
What's great about it: Quick to get taxes done, easy!

Smooth Sailing

Have not had any real issues with Turbo Tax. It is a solid program and takes some of the pain out of filing Income Taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and enter all your data, easily imports last years information
What's not so great: Always unsure about filing on the early side due to last moment updates, so easy it feels like it will miss items

Best Tax Software Available

This is the fifth year i've used TurboTax, and i am always pleased with the product. The step by step process for income and deductions is easy to follow, and it insures that I am entitled to every deduction allowed under the tax code, while also making sure i did not forget to list all of my income. I don't have to worry about mathematical errors, as TurboTax makes sure all of the numbers are correct. Tax time no longer creates fear, and TurboTax means i don't need to read the Tax Code!
What's great about it: Easy, concise, accurate
What's not so great: download time for updates

Great Refund

I love using Turbo Tax, I can file several tax reports and it allows for the freedom to compute multiple ways for the best tax calculation. It also is so user friendly that my son who has never filed before was able to walk his way through the software and complete his taxes.
What's great about it: Excellent helps and forms instructions
What's not so great: Did not allow special items on deductions
