State support regressed

1. Arizona form said it would be advantageous to take standard deduction, but did it before prompting for tax credits that required itemization, and it turned out that TurboTax's advice was wrong.
2. AFTER charging for state e-file, TurboTax decided there was something wrong or needed to be checked, but after the issue was resolved, it still would not e-file the state. Return had to be printed and mailed, and refund for e-file had to be requested.

What's great about it: Ease of use for Federal return.
What's not so great: AZ state form poorly implemented and tested.

Easy!!

I am not a tax or numbers person. TurboTax is easy to use and intuitive.I have used Turbo Tax for the past 8 years or so and am in the flow - very easy to complete my taxes.
What's great about it: easy to follow, love previous year download of information, clear explanations

Easy Enough

It would make it go a lot faster if you didn't have to keep reviewing the summary page and instead showed the list at the end of the major sections giving you a last chance to edit them.
ps. why would I add a picture to a review?!
What's great about it: Step by Step with explinations of terms and details
What's not so great: always returning to the summary page

TurboTax is so easy to use even a person with no computer skills can easily use it. It makes my life stress free. If you haven't tried it your missing out on something big.

Even Comlicated Tax Returns Made Easy

Anyone can use Turbotax for any tax returns from the simple to the complicated. The question and answer system with detailed explanation click boxes for each item and category makes following the tax preparation process simple and foolproof. Excellent program. I've been using it for years and it hasn't failed me yet.
What's great about it: Comprehensive, Easy to Use, Intuitive, Step by Step Guidance thru even the most complicated and unusual tax situations

lost without it

I had a very complex tax situation, having sold a rental property short and moved back to the US from Spain mid-year with income from overseas and from the US. Yikes. Turbotax made it easy guiding me step by step through all the questions. The software took care of everything for me, and I submitted my return feeling confident that I submitted my return correctly and pleased to know I was maximizing my return. Thank you, Turbotax!
What's great about it: handled a lot of complexity for me
What's not so great: hard to understand where some numbers come from
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments
