I HAVE BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR SEVERAL YEARS. I SEE IMPROVEMENTS EACH YEAR THAT I USE IT. I AM AMAZED SOMETIMES AT THE SMALLEST ERRORS YOU CATCH. I WILL BE USIG THE PROGRAM AGAIN NEXT YEAR.

Extremely easy process

Turbo Tax was very easy to use and understand. Everything was asked in detailed form to get the maximum refund. Turbo Tax makes doing taxes fun.

Easy way to go

All in all a great product. We have used Turbo Tax since the beggining. My only complaint is the need to continually mouse to the bottom of the main page to get to the continue button. It should remember where I am exiting and show from that point down.
What's great about it: Simple to follow, simple to file
What's not so great: Some extra mousing needed

Happy with refund

Over all it was a good experience, had a couple moments of confusion that do to cryptic or incomplete questions that required me to research through forms in order to understand what was being asked. One of these was a line from the schedule A asking for a description to a line; had to go to the form to figure out what was being asked (abbreviated wording that didn't make sense) only to find out that there wasn't even a value to that line. The program wouldn't let me continue until I did, so it got a "none".
What's great about it: Easy guild works well
What's not so great: Couple of the questions were unclear
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Tax Help

We had some problems with some of the forms from last year. We went to the online chat and had to use it twice. We had to wait for a while to get some help, but when we did it was very informative and took care of the problem we had. This is the third year we have used Turbo Tax and we are extremely pleased with it. Thank you so much.
What's great about it: Fantastic, Fast moving, little wait time, excellent, informative
