Even I could do it!

Program is relatively easy to follow for someone who doesn't do paperwork well. However, program gets a little tricky to navigate when you have several jobs that include dues, uniforms, equipment, etc.
What's great about it: Error check and audit risk
What's not so great: Not always sure what information should have been included

Best Bang for the Refund Buck

Turbo Tax loads up fast and is easy to use. It provides tax help in laymen's terms and has great supporting documentation for your tax questions. The self-guided worksheets make completing the necessary forms simple. The tax summary provides a good overview of your overall tax situation. It's Deductible integration assists in entering all of those tax items with confidence. There's no other better tax software out there!
What's great about it: Easy To Use, Fast and Accurate.
What's not so great: Wish I could scan in form information

Easy does it!

Turbo Tax is great for hard and simple returns. I don't want to pay alot of money to get my return done. Plus all our information isn't out there for everyone to see.
What's great about it: I like that turbo tax walks me through all the incomes and deductions
What's not so great: needed additional info that I had to call for and waited 2 hours for a 2 minute conversation.

What a Relieve

Very easy to use with straight guidelines.
A bit silent with the direct institution to institution IRA rollover where I was not sent a 1099-R as a result. Various research told me (including calls to the institutions) that I would not receive a 1099-r and that I did not have to report it on the return. Turbo Tax did not give me that information, or it was not apparent to me.
Otherwise, everything was easy.
What's great about it: Good Walk-you-Through Guidelines
What's not so great: Somewhat expensive for someone who only needs the EZ forms

Still like the way TurboTax walks you through the entire process of filing taxes. Both in income and deduction areas.
