Maybe I'm nervous because it seems too easy? I do love watching the refund go up as I add deductions. Also, the ease of recalculating helped me determine how much to contribute to my IRA so I didn't owe additional state taxes.
What's great about it: Straight forward
What's not so great: Still get nervous...

Great software

What's great about it: Great descriptions of what needs to be entered and where to find the information.
What's not so great: I didn't like having to scroll down everytime I came to the summary page.

Quick and easy

I have used Turbo-Tax for about ten years. I have always found it to be user friendly. The instrctions are easily understood and the calculations are always correct. I will continue to use this product.
What's great about it: Guided me through the process with no errors
What's not so great: none I can find

Turbo Tax has been doing the taxes for everyone in my family for years. Even my 85 year old father uses it!

Streamlined and Reliable

Everything was smooth and went great except when it came time to enter my e-file PIN. There Turbotax had inexplicably already put in a number and I had no idea where this number came from. I went to the IRS website to check my e-file PIN and found a different number so I used that one instead... hope it works.
What's great about it: Greatly simplifies the tax process
What's not so great: Still a few confusing areas
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved
