Always Easy!

You just follow the step by step instructions and answer simple questions and the software automatically fills out the correct tax forms. When complete, you can electronically file your taxes with a few easy mouse clicks. It really couldn't be simpler even for people with very little computer or tax law knowledge.
What's great about it: Installs easy and is very user friendly and intuitive.
What's not so great: None to mention

always easy

i have tried going to tax professionals and they end up charging lots of money and dont allow many deductions. Turbo tax allows you to experiment, while giving advice on whether or not you would be auditted. i have used turbo many years and anticipate always using it.
What's great about it: very easy to use can try things out before submitting

TAXES STINK BUT TURBO TAXES MAKES IT SMELL BETTER

I THOUGHT TURBO TAX WAS EASY TO DO WE HAD ISSUES WITH THE ENERGY TAX CREDIT FOR A GEO THERMAL INSTALL CARRY FORWARD BUT OTHER THAN THAT WAS GREAT WAY TO FILE TAXES WE WILL SEE HOW SOON WE GET REFUND. WILL USE AGAIN NEXT YEAR.

What's not so great: COULDN'T VIEW MY FILED RETURN AT SAME TIME I WAS TRYING TO FILE CHILDS

This should be set up to enter varying types of income on K-1's on one screen. Every other income or deduction item can be done on one screen. Otherwise, awesome and idiot proof!
What's great about it: Once set up it's easy...
What's not so great: Should be one entry point for different income types...

Even though it always scares me to see what I owe before we do deductions.... it is a simple walk through to get every deduction. Always my choice for doing my yearly returns. I work in retail and recommend Turbo Tax to my customers!
What's great about it: Easy step by step walk through... easy peasy!
