Anyone can do this

Anyone can do their own taxes with this software! I just efiled a federal and two different state returns! And TurboTax walked me right through the whole process.
What's great about it: ease of use, cost of turbo tax versus having my taxes done somewhere else
What's not so great: not much in the way of cons the process is pretty painless

Couldn't Be Easier

I have used Turbo Tax for years and just when you think it couldn't get easier, it does. The step by step interview gets you organized. It is hard to make a mistake. I was a bit hesitant this year as my wife passed away in November from Breast Cancer and I didn't know what to expect. It all seemed to work out this year.
What's great about it: Step by step the whole way. You just can't make mistakes. The edits and error checks at the end give you confidence
What's not so great: Nothing at this point

Maximized my money

I love Turbo Tax and use it each year. We've had many changes to our family and work life over the past couple of years and TT makes it so easy to navigate these tax changes.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate, no calculating figures, double checks for errors
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

Have used turbo tax for years and have always like the ease of use and how it explains all aspects of the tax law.
What's great about it: Walked through and explained all areas of the tax forms
What's not so great: to many screens at the end when you want to print and review

Favorable experience

I find it difficult to update items like Charitable Contributions, Interest on Loans, etc. once they have been initially entered. Also accounts with similar names are difficult to accurate update on the import.
Overall, a positive experience
What's great about it: Easy to use for initial run thru
What's not so great: Sometimes its not so easy to get back in and correct / update specific entries once they have been entered.

Turbo tax is easy to use and very thorough. I especially like how it pulls all my information from previous tax returns showing a comparison to help trigger my memory.
What's great about it: Turbo tax asks all the right questions to cover all topics

Easy to Use

Overall I like the ease of use and the step by step approach. The search feature is handy, as well as having the ability to switch between forms and the other. It seems to be very thorough. I asked a question of the online group, but unfortunately, did not find that resource helpful at all. Strangely, the review step will call my review good but when I went to efile it, it had to ask me a few more questions, which were about missing information on the form. Not sure why it didn't catch that in the review for me to handle.
What's great about it: Step by step process with explanations
What's not so great: Some military questions still a little confusing to me
