Its a great way to find all your deductions with a step by step process so you are sure to not miss a thing. We've been using Turbo Tax for years and have always been pleased.
What's great about it: step by step guidence

It gets easier every year. I feel more confident because it reminds me of what my last years taxes were without having to look everything up on last years return. Easy, easy, easy!
What's great about it: I like the continuity of using Turbo-Tax year after year

Turbo Tax just keeps getting better. Its Deductable has improved workflow, but it still got the weird categories - the search feature helps a lot. Overall the software is very stable and the flow of questions gives you the feeling that you haven't left anything to chance. I like the audit risk test and error checking.

Most Excellent!

Why did we put off doing the taxes? In the past, it was a laborious process, involving a lot of "I can't remember, can you?" or "What did we use for this last year?" Turbo Tax found all of our income, investment, and deduction information and imported it automatically; it even remembered our charitable contributions! In less than two hours, we were done, pouring a celebratory glass of wine, and saying, "Well, that was even easier than having our tax guy do it." Amazing!
What's great about it: All of the annoying, little details that have stymied us in the past were already there, thanks to the import function.

Quick and easy

Overall, Turbotax makes it easy to complete my taxes year to year. Many different tax situations are covered and I know I don't need to go searching around the internet for instructions and information when I have a new item to cover. Filing is quick and I get my refund quickly.
What's great about it: Import of previous years data and Easy-Step process for completing
What's not so great: Sometimes forms/worksheet come up that I question that I really need

Easy Taxes

In general, easy to use. Pretty much walks you through every step. Some of the explanations ("Explain this") could be a little more user-friendly and could sound less like legal mumbo-jumbo. That being said, I was able to finish my taxes in a couple of hours - took me that long because I like to double check everything. E-file is nice as well. I also like being able to choose the date on which the payment will come out of my account. I have used Turbo Tax for over 5 years and plan to continue to do so.
What's great about it: linear navigation through tax forms; mostly easy to understand
What's not so great: some explanations can be a little cryptic
