TURBOTAX MAKES TAX FILING A PLEASURE

This is the 4th consecutive year am using Turbo Tax for filing my returns. This year I had more scenarios to be taken care off, as I bought a new house. But as always Turbo Tax made the filing easier and it was a smooth ride from installation to efiling. I would recommend TurboTax to everyone who wants to enjoy the Tax Filing. I assure you that you would be satisfied at the end of filing.
What's great about it: EASY FILING, DETAILED STEPS, CONTINOUS SUPPORT
What's not so great: NOTHING THAT I CAN THINK OF

As I was ready to efile, it turns out there was a problem with the program. But the Turbo Tax Help Section quickly showed me how to easily fix the problem manually, so that I could still efile. Love the support you get with Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Even though there was a program error, it was easy to find the fix

Love TurboTax. It walks me through everything every year. When you added the deduction program for donations, it was great. Just not sure how to stop certain "Schedules" from being filed, even though they are no longer necessary.
What's great about it: Everything is uploaded from years past
What's not so great: sometimes things change, so things are uploaded from prior years but aren't needed
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
