online versus store purchase

I tried starting with the online version this year and could not get it to import information from previous returns, purchased store copy and found it easier to use and at a lower cost.
What's great about it: store purchased integrated well with previous returns
What's not so great: Online din not integrate with my previous returns

What's great about it: Easy to follow & enter all info
What's not so great: Sometimes can be a little teadous

Easy To Use

Turbo tax gets better and better every year! I like how the form compares with prior years information. This lets me know how I am doing and if I maybe missing items. Way to go Turbo Tax!

Horrible installation problem

I had to buy an external CD rom had an issue bc it was new and didn't install properly from the drivers. (the CD rom on my computer is broken). Therefore when i tried to install Turbo Tax, the install became corrupted. I took the computer to Geek squad and they corrected the glitch with the CD Rom but couldn't get TT to uninstall. They said take it home and let the self-fix mode run for up to a couple hours. Otherwise, better to install TT on someone else's computer. I tried for 4 hrs. Shutting down when it said and then restarting. Each time I restarted it looked like a little progress was made but it never completed the install process without encountering an error at 3% installed.
What's great about it: pretty easy to figure out what is being asked for
What's not so great: the self-fixing process and the uninstall didn't work
