Great job!

Software is user friendly. It is easy to transfer data from year to year. Software is easy to use but would like a search feature to find the items that the user enters.
What's great about it: Ease of transferring info from year to year
What's not so great: A little hard to search and find particular items.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now. It makes me feel like I have covered all the possibilities. In the comfort of my own space of time and place. I can say it is almost thoughtless and I may be too dependent on it.
What's great about it: It takes me through step by step - of things I might not have thought of.
What's not so great: I may be a bit to dependent on it

Software was a lifesaver in helping me walk through the most complicated return I have ever had to do. I wouldn't have known all the forms I needed nor how to fill them out properly, so the software really saved me a lot of time and money!
What's great about it: Really helped me with filing my first year of self-employment/business expenses.
What's not so great: had to re-enter things all over again when I couldn't get one item to change after several attempts

Doing taxes is never fun...but TurboTax helps

It would really be handy when completing sections to have a place to click and see the actual form you are filling out. I know that you can go to the forms, but it might be easier if the forms were connected to each individual section.
What's great about it: I really like having answers to questions available immediately
What's not so great: Having done my own taxes for years manually, sometimes I find it hard to visualize what affects the amounts that I enter
