Unbelieveably easy!!

I paid an accountant for years to do my taxes...thinking I could not do them. With Turbo Tax it isn't a problem to do them myself!!
What's great about it: Liked the whole process...almost fun!
What's not so great: Disliked NOTHING!!!!!

Another Great Year!

We have been using Turbo Tax for many years! It is so easy. You can either Explore on Your Own or go through the guide. I had a special situation this year as I did some tutoring and needed to claim that as being self employed. That part got a little tricky - not necessarily any fault of Turbo Tax- it's the complexity of the tax code that makes it so complicated and confusing! If you own your own business, I would definitely pay extra for the business package. We will use Turbo Tax again next year, and the year after that, and the year after that.... you get the idea!
What's great about it: Easy to use, guides you through the basics
What's not so great: If you have something more complicated than a basic return (like your own small business) it can be a little tricky.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo tax is the easiest and most accurate way of doing your taxes. I can do this in the comfort and privacy of my own home. I have been using Turbo Tax for the last 4 years and will continue to use it in the future.

Easy Breezy Tax-e-filing

It was so easy to use, even for someone like me who is not computer savy. So much easier and cheaper than going to a professional tax preparer.
What's great about it: easy to navigate back and forward for editing and reviewing

I AM A RETIRED ACCOUNTANT AND I HAD RATHER USE TURBO TAX THAN ANY OTHER.
What's great about it: BEEN A LONG TIME USER AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. MAKES THE WHOLE PROCESS A LOT EASIER.
What's not so great: NONE FOR ME!

Efficient Tax Process

I wish there was a better warning before I did the credit card versus the pay by refund. It was too late.
What's great about it: Simple logical sequence and easy to understand
What's not so great: confusing on pay by refund versus pay by credit card.
