Tax Filing Procrastinator

Filing taxes each year is a genuine pain in the rear. However, TurboTax is a tremendous application that walks the taxpayer through the ever growing maze.
What's great about it: Systematic
What's not so great: Some field lengths could be longer - the tax form field has the space

I didn't think it would be possible but this year's (2012) TurboTax was easier to use than last year.
What's great about it: Even easier to use than last year

Easy and Quick

I used Turbo Tax and it only took me 45 minutes to complete and file my federal income taxes.
So easy and quick.
What's great about it: User friendly.

Turbo Tax is perfect for those that are overwhelmed at the filing process, this program makes it manageable.
What's great about it: very fast,efficient,easy!!
What's not so great: none!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Well worth it

Overall, Turbo Tax is an affordable, easy to use product. It allows me to do my taxes on my own time schedule.
What's great about it: low cost, ease of use- good step by step instructions, no reentry of last year's information required
What's not so great: Missing help info on unusual situations/forms- rental depreciation, HUD interest
Pros: I had a baby

Complicated refund

This year I sold a house, bought another, switched jobs and moved. I thought taxes were going to be very difficult, but turbotax made them easy and I got a hefty refund.
What's great about it: Easy to use, max refund
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
