Clarity and Simplicity

Because I have used Turbo Tax for many years, I had all my information organized and ready to go when I sat down at the computer. I had some new issues this year concerning sources of income which the explanations and help features made clear. Having last year's return to import information from was also very helpful. I will continue to use Turbo Tax for many years to come.
What's great about it: Easy to use with clear explanations; easy to toggle from section to section; simple to save and return to.
What's not so great: There were no components of this edition that were not satisfactory.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Great Encore!

Since this is my third year with Turbo Tax, I have learned what info needs to be kept and how to organize it to make the process efficient. I am confident that I have completed all the possible forms I might need and am sending an accurate return! I am especially grateful for the transfer of information from the last year so that I can compare our financial information.
What's great about it: Transfer of information saves hours!

Turbo Tax is an excellent product that I have enjoyed using for several years. It is consistent year-over-year, and is frequently updated. I especially like jump-starting the review by electronically importing the essential details from the previous year's return. I also like the guided interview feature to step through the return preparation.
I do not like having to make a separate payment to e-file the State return. Just fold that cost into the total price of the software to make filing more hassle-free.

No more worries April 15th

I love Turbo Tax, but I just started buying the Cd, I do not like that my info is not saved on turbo Tax online forever like the ones I filed online.
What's great about it: Easy to understand
What's not so great: wish that the cd and online turbo were one!!I hate transfering

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 4 years and absolutely love it! I never plan on using anything else to do my taxes. Thank you Intuit for creating such a great program!
