Ease of use is the biggest asset for me.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and follow. This program has saved our family hundreds if not thousands of dollars over the years.

i have used Turbo Tax for a few years now and I think this is the best program to use
What's great about it: It did all the calaculations for me, instead of having to pull out the calculater
What's not so great: I really didn't see any

Smooth Operation!

Turbo Tax takes you through the filing so easily and quickly, that the hold up is usually us not having all our documents on hand or not in an organized method. Every year, we dread filing our taxes. After we do it with Turbo Tax and realize it's such a smooth process, we ask ourselves why we took so long to do them and delay getting our Federal Refund!
What's great about it: Guides you through each step with easy to answer questions and explanations on key information in case you need it.
What's not so great: Some of the questions I answered were flagged like I didn't answer them. I repeated or skipped answers and was accepted

Scary made simple

I love the way your due/refund moves at each step. Keeps you focused on the task at hand because you don't have to wonder. Walks you through everything in detail, including special circumstances. Really helpful for the 7th year in a row!
What's great about it: Easy to use, walks you through everything...in plain english!
What's not so great: Some definitions for state were lacking, had to find on web.
