Excellent Helper for our Refund!!

Turbo Tax is an amazing tool for novices to experts for filing taxes. It is a wealth of knowledge for my wife and I, and we are always learning, especially when we use turbo tax. Very happy to use software that supports our troops (not to mention that I am in Air Force, and have been in for 10+years and counting!!). Turbo Tax makes us understand the processes better when filing our taxes. Thank you Turbo Tax, you are a true Blessing!! :)
What's great about it: Very user friendly, Effiicient, Very well organized, Very helpful links!!

Easy to use

I have used Turbo Tax for 6 years and love the way it walks you through step by step. It has made filing our taxes a lot easier and I no longer push if off until the end.
What's great about it: Step by step instructions
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Painless

Turbo Deluxe had been my "go to" tax software for many years. With a rental house in another state, this software allows me to file my returns easily and without alot of hassle. I appreciate the additional questions to be sure I am not missing a deduction.
What's great about it: ability to do multiple returns for family
What's not so great: would of liked to download at least 2 states for free.

Stuck with Turbo Tax for years!

Automatically imported info from last year's Turbo Tax and then just follow the in-depth interview and fill in the forms as directed and that's it. Did our joint return in less than three hours.
What's great about it: Easy as following directions for make cookies!

Love Turbo Tax

I love using Turbo Tax, have been for several years. It's easy to use and has lots of extra support with any questions you may have. It works for anyone who has to file a 1040 EZ to a 1040 with a schedule K.
What's great about it: Easy to use either step by step or doing on your own in the module, helpful advice every step of the way
What's not so great: Can take a few minutes to load, especially after updating. Can be frustrating that you pay additonal for state submitta
