Turbo tax is the best, it is a 10 in my book.
What's great about it: Every detailed is good.
What's not so great: When asked about purchasing transmission fee's was a little obscure.

Making tax time painless

I know a lot of people wait to the last minute to do their taxes because the thought of going through everything is more than a little daunting. I love that Turbo Tax makes it simple. Explains things in layman's terms when I may have questions. It takes a lot of the stress out of this time of year.
What's great about it: Easy to understand
What's not so great: Too many pages to navigate through sometimes

Timely Taxing

User friendly form and calculations. Convenience of review and editing all data with transferring to the appropriate state form. This is the second year I have electronically filed and feel secure and confident in e-file.

TurboTax is very easy to use and very helpful in identifying the proper forms to submit and import data for ease of filing.

Finally a refund

I would think that if you purchased the program and it gives you 1 free state other states one needs to file would be cheaper than original prices also as a new home owner this worked perfect and got me more deductions that I had thought
What's great about it: that you can recheck and recheck
What's not so great: cost of extra states

Easy and Detailed

I have used Turbo Tax for years and it keeps getting better. The detailed questions make sure I don't miss anything and gets me the most for my money.
What's great about it: Just follow the steps and let them ask the questions
What's not so great: Quite a few things that do not apply, but they get a lot I would miss
